Techfoam® polyethylene foam
edge expansion tapes, available in 5, 8, and 10 mm thicknesses, are used in construction to create
perimeter floor expansion joints and fill expansion gaps. These professional PE foams are used for filling floor structures with concrete, cement, and screed subfloors.
Expansion foams are also used in
floating and multi-layer floors as expansion joints laid alongside walls and vertical obstacles, ensuring their complete isolation from the floor. The tape is also used for insulation in structural elements of buildings, roads, bridges, tunnels, and underpasses.
